I heard this beautiful song "I Hope You Dance" by Lee Ann Womack years ago... when it was played during one of my favorite T.V. shows during that time, Any Day Now.  Mary Elizabeth's Daughter was nominated as Homecoming Princess and it played during that portion of the show.  I fell in love with the words instantly and it has been a song that has been very dear to my heart.  Years later, for my twins 1 year Lu'au (1 year old celebration) I included that song in their slideshow.  If you know the story behind my pregnancy and birth of the twins... you'll understand why I'm actually tearing up right now as I'm typing this.   As a mother, these words hold true to what I wish for my children... I pray that they dance!

If you know anything about me... it's that I do everything I can in my power to cease every moment.  Love Unconditionally, no regrets... and most importantly - take the time to dance in the rain.  People in our lives come and go... but it is how we choose to live our life and our time on this Earth that makes all the difference.  When you are watching/listening to the Music Monday video choice for this week... please keep those words in your heart.

"I hope you never lose your sense of wonder
You get your fill to eat but always keep that hunger
May you never take one single breath for granted
God forbid love ever leave you empty handed
I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean
Whenever one door closes I hope one more opens
Promise me that you'll give faith a fighting chance
And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance

I hope you dance"
